Confirming lessons and contacting families

Each lesson moves from Unconfirmed to Confirmed. Mark a lesson Confirmed once it is locked in. Confirmed lessons are protected, so the optimizer will not move them on the next run.

Set the Tune does not message families

On purpose. Set the Tune builds and tracks the schedule. It does not email or text parents. When your season is ready, you hand a clean, final schedule to whatever tool you already use to contact families.
