Drive times and routing for traveling teachers
Real addresses turn on traffic-aware drive times so the schedule respects travel between lessons.
If your teachers travel between students, Set the Tune factors real drive time into the schedule. It uses each student address to estimate travel, including typical traffic at lesson time.
To turn it on
Make sure students have real street addresses. Thin or missing addresses get flagged for review and are left out of routing until you fix them.
Drive numbers fill in as you run Optimize and check conflicts. Sparse numbers on a brand new roster are expected, not a bug.
