Fix rows that need attention

Flagged rows are a data-quality signal, not a failure. Here is how to resolve them.

When a file is messy, Set the Tune imports what it can and flags the rest for review. A flag means a row needs a human eye, not that the import failed.

Common reasons a row is flagged

  • A thin or unclear address that could not be located on the map
  • A missing instrument, lesson length, or availability
  • A name that looks like a duplicate of someone already on the roster

How to fix them

Open the Needs attention list on your dashboard, or the student profile, and fill in the missing detail. For addresses, type the real street address so drive-time routing works. Once fixed, re-run Optimize and the student gets placed.

Never guess an address. A wrong address can place a student in the wrong area and skew drive times. Leave it flagged until you have the real one.
