Build your first schedule
From sign up to a finished, conflict-free season schedule in one afternoon.
Set the Tune turns your availability files into a placed, conflict-free season schedule. Here is the whole path.
- Sign up at the signup page with your email. We send a one-time sign-in link, so there is no password to remember.
- Pick a plan and check out. New accounts choose a plan before the app opens. There is no free trial.
- Upload your roster files. Drop in your teacher availability files (CSV or DOCX) on the upload step.
- Open the workbench and click Optimize schedule. The optimizer places every student it can, balances teacher hours, and respects drive time and breaks.
- Review and confirm. Clear any red conflicts, then mark lessons Confirmed.
The optimizer is free and deterministic. You can run Optimize as many times as you want at no cost.
