Working with seasons
A season is one term. Create it, make it active, and reuse past seasons with clone or roll forward.
A season is one scheduling term, for example Fall 2026. You schedule into the active season, and only the active season drives the workbench and your billing size.
Reusing a past season
- Clone a season to start a new term with the same teachers and students.
- Roll forward at term end to carry the roster into the next season.
- Mark one season active at a time so the workbench always shows the right term.
