Inviting your team and what each role can do
Admins run the account. Teachers get operational access to the schedule, students, and teachers.
Invite your team from Settings. There are two roles.
Admin
Full access: settings, import, seasons, rooms, team, and billing.
Teacher
Operational access: view and edit the schedule, students, and teachers. Teachers cannot see billing or account settings.
Invites are accepted with a sign-in link, the same passwordless flow as the main account.
