Sign-in link not working
Links are one-time and expire. If one drops you on the home page, request a fresh one.
Set the Tune signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email, so there is no password.
If a link does not sign you in
- Always use the newest email. Links are one-time and expire, so an older one will not work.
- If a link drops you on the home page instead of signing you in, just request a new link from the login page and use that one.
- Open the link in the same browser you requested it from.
- Check your spam folder if the email is slow to arrive.
